Day 2 Highlights with Dr. Gifty Rockson

Dr. Gifty Rockson continued to engage educators through practical, hands-on learning experiences focused on phonemic awareness and sound awareness activities.

Through interactive demonstrations, group exercises, and classroom-based strategies, educators explored how to help learners develop foundational reading skills, identify learning challenges early, and create more inclusive learning environments.

Her sessions encouraged active participation, reflection, and practical application, equipping educators with tools they can confidently use to support learners with dyslexia and other learning differences.

Every activity reinforced a key message: when educators are equipped with the right knowledge and strategies, every learner has the opportunity to succeed.

Through interactive demonstrations and hands-on activities, participants gained practical tools to better identify and support learners with dyslexia in their classrooms.
