This March, we welcome you to an exciting calendar of courses designed to enhance your baking and culinary skills.

Baking & Pastry Arts: Cakes & Sugar Craft

Happy ! 🍨

We’re celebrating today with a sweet, creamy and healthy dessert: Strawberry Banana Smoothie 🤤

Make this smoothie in less than 15mins using our special recipe for a burst of fruity goodness!

INGREDIENTS:
200g ripe strawberries
1 ripe banana
200ml milk
100ml natural yoghurt
1tbsp honey (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣ Rinse and drain the strawberries in cold water and then hill them by holding the pointed end and slicing off the stem.

2️⃣ Cut the strawberries in half and put them aside.

3️⃣ Peel the banana and slice into chunks for easy blending

4️⃣ Carefully put the banana and strawberries into the blender. Add the milk, yoghurt and honey and put the lid on securely.

5️⃣ Blend the mixture until it is completely smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy!

This is such a great and healthy dessert to have at any time of the day. Try it at home and let us know how it goes!

Kindly note that orientation for our upcoming Baking and Pastry Arts short course is on Friday, 30th September 2022.
Classes start on Wednesday 5th October 2022 and ends on 30th November 2022 (8 weeks).

🗒CLASS TIMES:
Wednesdays: 10am - 1pm
Fridays: 10am - 1pm
❌No weekend class

📋COURSE REQUIREMENTS
👕Dress Code: Note that you are entering a fully commercial kitchen. Dress appropriately with long pants, sleeves that don't drape (short-sleeves preferably), and closed-toe shoes (non-slip if possible).
Uniform for practical classes are black pants and white shirt (or tshirt).
Hair must be tied in a bun and in hair covering during practicals. (Hairnets will be provided by school.)

👩‍💻Enrollment Policy: Students must make payment to confirm registration. Payment plans can be arranged but all outstanding balance must be paid no later than 4weeks into the course.
