If you are interested in working alongside a small friendly team of 10 staff , registered for 36 children,we’d love to hear from you. We have a number of positions including lead roles within our under 2’s age (Caterpillar Group), offering flexible hours available as our team grows and enhances our staff to child ratios.

🌱Little Bears offer’s an amazing site, beautiful rural walks and natural grass and shaded garden areas. Our strong Management and Room lead’s team also have over 100 years of experience in early years care and education, and are committed to support you throughout your career.

A brilliant afternoon at Port Soif this weekend learning about some of our many seaweeds in Guernsey.

We enjoyed tasting them too .. even “dead mans fingers “ !
