We have just returned from an OECD event in Porto "Forum for Local Development Practitioners, Entrepreneurs and Social Innovators". A great event with some really thought-provoking presentations and debate on how different regions are tackling the up-skilling challenge. The OECD also launched its latest report "Job Creation and Local Economic Development".
