Our own gym location is coming up later in 2023 and will be CrossFit and HYROX Affiliated with the addition of CrossFit Kids, Masters and Mum and Baby classes (we will have our own play area to entertain the little ones too). Happy Sunday everyone, programming is up for the week.

For CrossFit We are increasing the weight on the sumo deadlifts on Monday and progressing to squat cleans on Tuesday with a challenging workout to go with it.

Wednesday is progressing your lower body stability before getting into some squat sn**ches on Friday.

Saturday is a challenging partner workout with barbell and some cardio thrown in for good measure.

Hyrox workouts are a good variety throughout the week to keep your engine firing and endurance up.

Get signed in for the week and I’ll see you in the gym.

Get signed in for the new week!

We have some escalation across the board in Sumo deadlifts, split squats, power cleans and sn**ches with some challenging workouts to compliment the lifts.

Hyrox will be testing you endurance throughout the week so let’s get at it and make this another great week.

Good luck to all of our runners today and a special shout out to who is starting her challenge of 7 marathons in 7 days!

Kate has been training hard for this all year and has already completed more marathons this year than most people can even dream of.

Happy Sunday Everyone!

Here’s what is coming up for the week.
CrossFit

Monday - Building to a heavy set of 3 for your hip thrusts before a short EMOM finisher.

Tuesday is more upper body with a punchy dumbbell workout.

Back to stability on Wednesday with Pistol progression and Turkish get ups.

Friday is Olympic lifting with a sn**ch focus.

Saturday is a pairs chipper.

Hyrox is a mostly solo start to the week with some challenging wods to keep you going.

Finishing off with some partner sessions.

**Programming for the week is Up**

A new week and a new month begins and here is the programming.

For CrossFit - We are moving on from Deadlifts this week and hitting some Barbell hip thrusts on Monday before completing a benchmark bodyweight workout that will challenge everyone.

Tuesdays sees more pull ups and some floor press with a solo Kb burner for the workout.

Wednesday is all about stability and finishing with some sandbag fun.

Friday is all about Clean and Jerks.

Saturday is a challenging solo effort to finish the week.

For HYROX:

@⁨Sam Lycett⁩ is in charge for Monday

Tuesday sees 4 x 8minute AMRAPS

Wednesday will challenge your endurance with another descending ladder.

Thursday can either be solo or pairs so choose wisely for this 30:00 workout. We will follow this one with some core work.

Friday is all about @⁨Joe⁩

Sunday - I’ll decide that one later!!
