Spirit walking !

Anytime in life I have felt lost, needed answers, or just longed for an adventure that I know will make me laugh I go off spirit walking

The indigenous Aussies call it “walk about” and I remember growing up in Australia fascinated by the idea of it.

I’m excited to teach it this Sunday to a group of 13 and allow them to go and try it for a good hour…. I’m just hoping you will come back 😂

The very creation of the 13 Moons Art School, (including its name) all came from a 3hr spirit walk around the southern headlands near the Imp and Fairy ring.

We may well end up there - but I don’t know yet as we are going to draw a “random” location by card to decide where we end up

Such stunning work from our first group experience - Forest Bathing (guided meditation) - and then coming together and creating this beautiful work. Two people on this course at the start said they cannot draw or paint - I challenge anyone otherwise ! It is an innate gift we all have, just as we can all dance, move, flow - be. All it takes is support and letting go of judgment - together - connected deeply
