🤝 გრიგოლ რობაქიძის უნივერსიტეტი • Grigol Robakidze University-ის დავის ადრეული და ეფექტური გადაწყვეტის მედიაციის ცენტრთან თანამშრომლობის ფარგლებში, სკოლა „ოლიმპის" საბაზო და საშუალო საფეხურის მოსწავლეებისთვის გაიმართა ტრენინგი სახელწოდებით „შესავალი მედიაციაში“.
💡 ტრენინგის მიზანი იყო მოსწავლეებისთვის მედიაციის არსის, კონფლიქტების მშვიდობიანი მართვისა და ეფექტური კომუნიკაციის მნიშვნელობის გაცნობა. მონაწილეებმა მიიღეს როგორც თეორიული ცოდნა, ისე პრაქტიკული გამოცდილება, რაც მათ დაეხმარება თანამშრომლობის, აქტიური მოსმენის, კრიტიკული აზროვნებისა და გადაწყვეტილებების მიღების უნარების განვითარებაში.
🌱 სკოლა „ოლიმპი“ განსაკუთრებულ მნიშვნელობას ანიჭებს ისეთი საგანმანათლებლო ინიციატივების განხორციელებას, რომლებიც მოსწავლეებს არა მხოლოდ აკადემიური ცოდნის გაღრმავებაში, არამედ ლიდერული, სოციალური და ცხოვრებისეული კომპეტენციების განვითარებაშიც უწყობს ხელს.

🤝 As part of the collaboration with the Mediation Center for Early and Effective Dispute Resolution at გრიგოლ რობაქიძის უნივერსიტეტი • Grigol Robakidze University, School Olympi hosted a training session entitled "Introduction to Mediation" for lower and upper secondary school students.
💡 The training introduced students to the fundamental principles of mediation, highlighting the value of peaceful conflict resolution, constructive dialogue and effective communication. Through a combination of interactive discussions and practical activities, participants gained valuable knowledge and strengthened essential competencies, including collaboration, active listening, critical thinking, problem-solving and informed decision-making.
