For over 25 years, more than 10,000 students from 50+ countries across six continents have participated in INADR tournaments. This event is a unique opportunity for university students, law schools, and dispute resolution professionals from around the world to learn, compete, network, and advance the global ADR movement.

Three Rounds, Countless Lessons—The Road to the Finals!🚀

Over the past days, students engaged in three intense preliminary rounds of mediation, showcasing their skills, adaptability, and dedication to alternative dispute resolution.
The competition was tough, but the spirit of mediation—collaboration, communication, and creative problem-solving—was at the heart of every round.👩🏼‍🤝‍👨🏽👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏽👬👩🏿‍🤝‍👨🏾

Now, the best mediators and advocate-client teams advance to the finals, but no matter the outcome, every participant contributed to promoting a more constructive way of resolving disputes. ☮️

Two Days of Insightful Trainings Behind Us and Today the Tournament Started!🚀

The past two days at The University of Georgia (Tbilisi) in Tbilisi have been packed with enriching training sessions for both students and professionals. From deep dives into co-mediation and the psychology of mediation to essential advocacy skills and diversity discussions, we’ve explored the many dimensions of conflict resolution.☮️

Today, we officially kicked off the competition with the first round—an exciting start to what promises to be a thought-provoking and intense tournament. As we head into the second day of rounds, we can’t wait to see how the participants apply their skills in practice.📝
