With sincere appreciation, the International Academy of Dispute Resolution recognizes Ken Frank, J.D., for his dedicated service as President of INADR from 2024 to 2026.

Ken has served on INADR’s inaugural Board of Directors and been involved in mediation tournaments since their inception in 2000. Throughout his many years of service, he has demonstrated an exceptional commitment to mediation education and to empowering students to resolve conflicts peacefully.

His leadership, experience, generosity, and passion have strengthened INADR and inspired students, educators, mediators, trainers and professionals across the world.

We are deeply grateful to Ken for his distinguished leadership, his lasting contribution to our international community, and his continued dedication to the values and mission of INADR.

The International Academy of Dispute Resolution is pleased to welcome Victoria Alexander Herriott as President-Elect of INADR.

Victoria brings decades of distinguished experience in legal education, academic leadership, mediation, workplace conflict resolution, and organizational development. She is a Professor of Law and Government at Maharishi International University, where she currently serves as Director of the M.A. in Transformational Leadership and Coaching.

Victoria has also been a dedicated member of the INADR community, serving on its Board and supporting the Academy’s international mediation tournaments and educational mission. Her many years of coaching intercollegiate mediation teams have given her extensive experience in preparing students to develop practical mediation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

We warmly congratulate Victoria on her new role and look forward to working together to advance mediation education, student engagement, and peaceful dispute resolution around the world.

We are pleased to announce that Ana Khurtsidze has begun her term as President of the International Academy of Dispute Resolution (INADR).

Ana is a Georgian legal scholar, mediator, and academic leader specializing in alternative dispute resolution and legal education. She serves as Dean of the Law School at the University of Georgia and is the founder and president of the research institute Gnomon Wise.

She is a member of the UN Global Mediation Panel, contributes to the Council of Europe’s CEPEJ Expert Pool, and is actively involved in international initiatives focused on mediation, access to justice, and institutional development.

Having served as INADR President-Elect for the past two years, Ana brings to the presidency extensive academic, professional, and international experience, together with a strong commitment to dialogue, collaboration, and the peaceful resolution of disputes.

Under her leadership, INADR will continue to strengthen its international partnerships, expand educational opportunities for students and young professionals, and promote excellence and innovation in mediation and dispute-resolution education.

Since 2000, the founders of INADR have pioneered international mediation competitions for students around the world, helping inspire and shape generations of future peacemakers and dispute resolution leaders.

We are a nonprofit organization built around one powerful mission: educating students and professionals on the value of dispute resolution and mediation as tools to peacefully resolve conflict , encourage understanding, and create lasting healing across communities worldwide.

At the heart of INADR is an incredible global network of passionate volunteers, educators, professionals, and supporters who believe in the power of dialogue and collaboration. Our tournaments provide students with opportunities to develop mediation skills, build an understanding of the resolution of conflict, and forge life-long connections internationally. At our core, we believe these are tournaments, not competitions.

We know that by building these connections across cultures and countries, focused on increasing skills to more thoughtfully resolve conflicts, we are helping make a more peaceful world.

The 24th Annual INADR International Law School Mediation Tournament will take place in-person at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Chicago, IL, USA, from March 4-7, 2026.

We are excited to invite volunteers to serve as Mediation Session Hosts (Hosts) for this prestigious event.✨ Hosts are essential to the smooth running of each mediation session, providing support to participants, judges, and organizers. As a Host, you will represent INADR with professionalism and enthusiasm while gaining firsthand experience in international mediation, engaging with students and professionals from around the world 🌍, and contributing to a dynamic learning environment.

🧭 Role Overview
In this role, you act as the official manager of a mediation room, ensuring that each session runs smoothly, professionally, and on time. You serve as a host for each session, supporting participants, judges, and organizers throughout the mediation rounds while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment and contributing to the overall success and organization of the tournament.
Your involvement ensures a well-organized, fair, and engaging experience for all participants 🤝 You will receive a certificate in recognition of your vital contribution and service to the tournament.
