2) when watching movies, don’t use subtitles. Ok, you may not understand anything the first time, watch the same movie again in a week or so and see if you can understand something.
Many times subtitles are not correct, when you busy reading, you’re missing the picture.
Choose something that you’re interested in, then you’ll be interested in watching it again.

How to improve your English without books?

1) Surround yourself with English. When you’re at home, exercising, relaxing, have an English podcast or speaking play in the background. You don’t need to concentrate on this, do this everyday. In a short time your listening skills will improve greatly.
