Management: is coordinating and overseeing the work of other people (In a specific structure) and using available resources efficiently and effectively so that organizational goals can be accomplished

At the time of problems and difficulties, your job is to perform better and leave a delightful experience.

Delivering products or services you promised is not a competitive advantage. That's your duty. Nobody would like you for that. As somebody who wants to guarantee the strength of his organization in such unpredictable Business word, your job is "brand perception"...! To leave an experience. When you do more than your duty, then customers would start remembering and loving you.

If you are struggling to survive, it is like somebody who is drowning and is shaking body and hands and legs aggressively... it will just speed up your drowning. 90% of the body is water. If you calm down, you wont go down and definitely you will not sink....
90% (or more) of the customers is emotions and feelings. Your actions should shape that... or you will be done!!!

1. When you are not hearing about your staff life and their personal issues directly from all layers but only through certain managers and trustees. 
2. When you are not hearing about your Organizations problems directly from all layers of staff but only through certain managers and trustees. 
3. When the process of innovation and creativity has been long buried between many layers of your staff and a certain number of your managers are really running your organization not yourself: THEN
Your organization and institution has a SERIOUS DISEASE CALLED “#HR_MYOPIA”. In such conditions you think you know what is happening around you. No! You you change your best managers and trustees to gatekeepers whom are the ones that are really governing  you not the other way around. They are working hard and you see it but also everyday new problems are happening to your organization. This can happen to a factory, a political party, a university,  a private hospital and even a government... . .

The cure looks simple but indeed is painful: 
1. Keep your relationship with staff "Smooth and flat". 2. Guarantee staff commitment and innovative redesign of your organizations processes on a regular basis. 3. Don't let a certain gatekeepers or #informal_groups stay at crucial points for very long time. 4. Circulate the staff and let #knowledge_management works inside the organization through intellectual improvement and transparency of information and knowledge inside teams and functions. .
