James Joyce Georgian Assosiation, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and Kutaisi State University congratulate John McCourt on being elected as the new rector of Macerata University 💚

Professor McCourt is not only a great name in Joycean scholarship, but over the years has been a great friend and supporter, as well as the foreign consultant of our Grant on James Joyce.

We believe that Macerata University will benefit a lot from having Professor McCourt as their rector and we once again congratulate the whole Joycean community around the World.
