No prior knowledge is required. Individuals without optimal physical condition can benefit from and enjoy the method's results in any situation or life stage. This includes challenging physical situations like accidents, injuries, or weakness.

Gentle and Pleasant Movement Sessions for Self-Improvement and General Well-Being, Guided by Sivan Avshalom, Certified in the Feldenkrais Method.
The classes are arranged to integrate body, mind, emotional state, and relationships with our surroundings to enhance abilities. With practice, you will notice improvements in various areas of your life:

About Feldenkrais Method:
Feldenkrais Method is a method for improving and changing oneself while releasing and discarding unnecessary things in our lives.
Through pleasant movement lessons, with intentional verbal guidance and at an independent pace, deep listening is acquired and a new old language is discovered between the person and himself.

The lesson is composed like a game, during the classes the participant is asked, in simple words, to perform movements. By combining the parts and separating them, quickly and slowly, aware of his relationship with the environment, his feelings, his limitations and strengths, the participant finds himself present and notices his way of action while moving.

What can be expected?
While deepening the method, each participant finds his unique way of learning and thus comes improvement
Posture is improving
It's easier to sit in front of a computer
Easy ways of movement are revealed
The quality of breathing improves
Sleep becomes pleasant
Pains disappear
A violin player will discover an improvement in his playing, a kitchen worker will feel relief from standing for hours, a kindergarten teacher will discover renewed patience...

The Feldenkrais method brings benefit and improvement in all areas of life.

Even if it's just a tiny movement we are in endless motion.
The Feldenkrais way is not a "one size fits all" approach nor a demonstration method. NO Feldenkris teacher will tell you what to do or ask you to look or copy his way of exercising, at a matter a fact, it is not an exercise at all. Exercise is a repeating concept and here we are trying to loose our automatic responses and look for better option as we move.
The Feldenkrais method relies on the brain's ability to learn, the sequence of movements given in verbal instruction lead the participants to integrate body and mind by fine tuning​ ​the great tool we have, our nervous system.
