ყველაფერი 1999 წლიდან დაიწყო... თავდაპირველად სტუდიის შექმნის იდეა გაჩნდა მოსაწყენი, რიგიდული სწავლების ალტერნატივად და ეს დიდი მოგზაურობა-ექსპერიმენტი დღემდე წარმატებით გრძელდება.
სტუდიაში ყველაფერი ისწავლება ინტერაქტიული მეთოდითა და შემოქმედებითი მიდგომით, სადაც მასწავლებელი არ არის დომინანტი, მოსწავლეები თავისუფლად გამოხატავენ საკუთარ აზრსა და შესაძლებლობებს, სადაც არ არის დისციპლინის პრობლემა, იმიტომ რომ ყველა მონდომებულია. გაკვეთილები და ლექციები არის მხიარული, ლაღი, ინფორმატიული და სავსეა თამაშებითა და აქტივობებით. მოსწავლეებს არ ეშინიათ შეცდომების დაშვების, რაც უზრუნველყოფს მათ წინსვლას.
წლებმა გვიჩვენა, რომ ეს მეთოდი ამართლებს! მივიღეთ განათლებული და ბედნიერი თაობა, რომლებსაც უკვე თავიანთი შვილები მოჰყავთ, ხოლო მოსწავლეები სტუდიის მასწავლებლები ხდებიან.
ამ წლების მანძილზე დაგროვებული ცოდნითა და გამოცდილებით სტუდია გავიდა საერთაშორისო ასპარეზზე, 2018 წელს ესტონეთის ხელოვნების ასოციაციის წევრები ესტუმრნენ სტუდიას, გაეცნენ სტუდიის საქმიანობასა და სწავლების მეთოდებს, 2019 წელს კი, მიწვეული იქნა ესტონეთში, მასწავლებლებისთვის სტუდიის მეთოდიკის გაზიარების მიზნით და მასტერკლასების ჩასატარებლად.
სტუდიის ძალას წარმოადგენს მისი პროფესიონალი, ხალისიანი, ინტერნაციონალური მასწავლებლების გუნდი და ძლიერი მენეჯმენტი.
2017 წელს სტუდია თიბისი ბიზნეს დაჯილდოების ფინალისტი გახდა მცირე ბიზნესის ნომინაციაში, 2019 წელს - სოციალური პასუხისმგებლობის ნომინაციაში.
3 მოსწავლით დაწყებული საქმე დღესდღეობით ითვლის 500-მდე მოსწავლეს, 20-მდე მასწავლებელს, 31 საგანსა და 40-მდე ჯგუფს.
ნატა ბუაჩიძის სტუდია არის თავისუფალი შემოქმედებითი სივრცე, სადაც ყველა ბედნიერი და მოტივირებულია: ბავშვიც, უფროსიც, მშობელიც და მასწავლებელიც.
It all started in 1999… at first, the studio was created as an alternative to rigid, boring teaching methods and this big adventure continues to this day with great success. In our studio, everything is taught through creative and interactive methods, where/in which the teacher is not dominant, the students express themselves and their abilities freely, and where we don’t have a discipline problem/issue because everyone is eager to learn and grow. Students are unafraid of making mistakes because they know it’s simply how they grow.
The years have shown that our method works! The studio has a generation of educated, happy students, who in turn now bring their own children, and some become teachers in the studio. With the experience and knowledge amassed through the years, we went international – in 2018, Members of the Art Association of Estonia visited us to discover the Studio and our teaching methods. And in 2019, we were invited to Estonia to teach masterclasses and give workshops, to share our methodology. The strength of the studio lies in its professional, joyful, and international group of teachers and strong management (team). And in 2017, we became finalists in TBC Bank Business Award’s small business nomination, and in 2019 – in the “social responsibility” nomination.

Nata Buachidze’s studio is a free creative space in which everyone finds themselves happy and motivated: children, adults, parents, and teachers.
