A new year has started at MiniBoss! Hurray!
This year I've decided to go back to teaching. There is plenty to do launching 2 new branches and growing the business, but it's such a joy working with kids! It's the main reason why I put my corporate career aside and stepped into the unknown 4 years ago.

Just imagine the kind of job where you watch kids chat and laugh while they're practising their logical thinking for over an hour straight. In the meantime, I barely spoke and let them run the show. When I said at the end that it was time to wrap up, "oh no" was the most common reaction. They haven't even noticed how 1.5 hours flew.

Imagine how good a child feels being in control, being the decision-maker, being trusted. Can anyone learn how to drive a car without sitting at the steering wheel and actually driving it? Do we expect people to learn how to drive from the first go?
Similarly, we need to give time and opportunities to kids to be in control, so they learn to be responsible with their time and decisions.

Can wait till the next weekend! It's going to be an amazing year!
