🇬🇪✨ Step Toward Success was proud to be the only organization from Georgia represented at the 4th European Academy on Youth Work ( ) in Kranjska Gora, Slovenia, where more than 200 youth workers, educators, researchers, and changemakers from across Europe gathered to shape the future of youth work. 🌍💡

During the Academy, we explored resilience, trauma-informed youth work, inclusion, digital transformation, participation, mental health, and intergenerational dialogue, learning how stronger communication and cooperation between generations can inspire more connected and supportive communities. 🤝🌱

We are returning home with new knowledge, practical tools, innovative methods, and international connections that we are excited to implement in our daily work with young people in Georgia. Through these learned skills and approaches, we hope to inspire hope, strengthen communities, support positive change, and create more opportunities for young people, especially those with fewer opportunities. 🇬🇪❤️

A huge thank you to the organizers, facilitators, speakers, and participants for creating such a meaningful space for learning, exchange, solidarity, and inspiration. ⚡️👐
