Proposal writers, like other writers, sometimes have trouble getting words on paper. In "Inspiration: How to Coax the Genie Out of the Bottle and Onto the Proposal Page" here are some tips for overcoming proposal writer's block:

1. Write proposals for organizations, projects, and programs you believe in.
2. Set aside time to write during your most productive hours of the day.
3. Write in a physical environment that allows you to focus.
4. Take occasional breaks to clear your head.
5. After writing a section of the proposal, let it sit for a while before you return to it.
6. Get something written, even if you know you'll have to revise it later.
7. Ask someone else to look at your draft and give you feedback.
Once you've submitted the proposal, let it go.

In the processes of learning, change, and communication there are natural hierarchies, or logical levels. In logical levels you have sets and subsets. Sometimes in NLP these levels are called Neurological levels as they reflect levels of thinking.
