@englishwithreeka Hi there. My name is Erika Copeland, but my teacher's name is Ms. Reeka (แƒ แƒ˜แƒ™แƒ).

I began my teaching adventures in 2009 in South Korea. Since then, I have taught in Germany, France, Georgia (country), and the United States. "Practice in the mirror" ๐Ÿชž
the "v" sound often gets pronounced like the "w" sound because in Georgian it can be interchangeable depending on the placement of the letter. For example: Svaneti can sound like Swaneti or Vake can sound like Wake. However in English, we are very strict about these 2 consonants. The sound of the letters will stay constant and the same. They will not change. Doesn't matter where they are placed in the word. It's a pronunciation rule. โœ”๏ธ
