i am a cool guy, trust me

A simple practice after which I began to move through life faster and more accurately💊⚡

It helps build trust in yourself and others.
It turned out that life is much easier this way)

Trusting yourself means: making decisions faster, understanding what you want, how best to do it, what to do and what to answer in a difficult conversation. MYSELF. No outside tips. This is a connection with the inner self, which gives confidence, support and energy to turn your life around.

In fact, trust is a connection between the head and the heart.

Without it, a person is like a deer in the headlights: his eyes are bulging, and they are completely helpless. There are so many problems that in order to make an important decision, you have to write giant mind maps "for/against" and endlessly go to consultants so that you don't implement anything for weeks, because it's scary 😬
--------

In short, below is a universal way. But keep in mind that all people are different and depending on the psychotype, the approach may change slightly.

So:
1. We take a simple everyday situation where you need to choose something. For example, buy a red or yellow notebook? blue or black jeans?
The situation is such that if you make a mistake, it does not hurt. Lose 10-15r or 15 minutes of time - you won't even notice.

2. We take 5 deep SLOW breaths, standing straight in the store. Usually, when choosing, the head begins to compare: how many gigabytes, and how much does it cost, and how many pages? But we will go the other way.
We mentally ask the question: what do I want? Not “what do I need \ what is more useful / more rational / more reliable”, but I want it. Impulsively, like a child who doesn't care at all

3. We are waiting for an answer. We do not think, we do not think. Listen to the first thing that comes up. We look at our body, at emotion, at intuition - where the sensitivity is higher, the signal will come there. Trust this feeling and choose what it says
That's how I chose the Mustang, which was in the previous post)

Brain studies in the MRI machine have shown that first we make a decision, and then we explain it to ourselves in words. So you already made up your mind BEFORE you realized it. And so it has always been

You can call it intuition perhaps 🤨

The main rule: do not argue. The choice should take place without words, purely by sensations. We must listen to the wave, not the words of reason. No matter how stupid the very first impulse is, we listen to HIM.
I know it seems irresponsible, scary, stupid and a total waste of time. But without an internal compass in the form of a feeler, all abstruse reflections lead nowhere.

Thoughts are thought, but deeds are not done - there is no energy.

Energy is only in want. There is no need for it. Because any "need" in your schedule is someone else's "I want")
-------

When you buy red irrational jeans, you suddenly notice that:
1) you smile
2) more energy
3) suddenly it turns out that they are combined with your entire wardrobe
4) they clearly fit the weather that has deteriorated
5) you began to receive compliments

pure magic)

It was like everything was already set up for you to just come and take what suits you perfectly. Such small regular victories build confidence in yourself.

So I went from choosing notebooks to choosing the business of life))

Trust yourself = trust others. And then things get done much faster 🤝🏻

Situation:
All the kings of Norway decide to choose a supreme commander and end the civil strife ⚔
(who hasn't watched season 6 of Vikings, further spoilers)

Bjorn Ironside is the obvious favorite. He didn't throw stones into anyone's garden, helped all his allies. He spent his whole life fighting with swords and exploring new land like his father - the famous Ragnar.
A perfect Viking 👌🏻

Suddenly, Bjorn loses the election. Everyone is in shock. Him too.
The crown is deceived by a slippery and cowardly uncle, whom our hero recently rescued from captivity.
Right after that, the mercenaries try to kill Bjorn.
Right after that, Bjorn's mother dies.
Right after that, his pregnant wife gets a miscarriage.
Immediately after that, enemy's army is piling in and trying to sieze the city.

Bjorn begins to fuss, unite the kings of Norway. Enemy at the gates, they will come and wipe us all out. They tell him: lol, our problem \_(ツ)_/

He immediately rushes to build barricades and prepare for a head-on collision. Stretches a thin line of defense around the perimeter and tries to restrain the pressure of the enemy. It all ends with Bjorn being stabbed on the front line with a saber.

A sudden and inglorious end. To be continued...😬

What did he do wrong:
1) When the problem of the attack appeared, he did not try to understand why it repeats and occurs again and again. In his memory, at least 5 people tried to squeeze this city. He could think a little deeper so that attacks no longer would be possible. Or at least possible with less losses.
2) He knew that the enemy outnumbered his army and still followed the path of a frontal attack, as he was used to. Instead, it was possible to weigh the initial data and arrange a tactical trap for them, as his mother, brother and even his father did. Lure to the area and grind them into shreds.
3) Under the burden of problems and colossal responsibility, he succumbed to emotions and immediately began to fuss with an obvious solution, without thinking through a backup plan of action.

These three mistakes = saber poke in the belly ☹

It is noteworthy that this is how most people act when they face THEIR problems. Immediately BAM! - calmness is blown away, the head sorts out solutions, does not find them, and the person falls into depression.

In order not to end up like Bjorn, it is useful to do this:
to regain a cool head, scatter something, quickly find a solution, implement it elegantly, and at the same time, make sure that this problem no longer arises.

Sounds nice, doesn't it?

Well, try to ask yourself at least 5 times in a row "why?" and you will find out the meta-solution.

How to get rid of noise in the head before sleep 😑

We all know this well: you go to bed, close your eyes, and then suddenly the Brazilian Carnival of Unfinished Business begins. Half-naked thoughts with maracas scream inside the skull, and you toss and turn with clenched teeth. "What is the best thing to do?", "What should I do tomorrow?" and all of that.

We all heard about Pareto's law 20\80. Someone even heard about it more than once. I listened to smart people and realized that I needed to study it deeper. I read Richard Koch's book and that's it.

Life has changed 🔥

I realised i didn't use it for the same reason that is most likely tormenting you now. The first is that your brain is not used to applying this law in practice, the second is that your attention is so dispersed that it is difficult to stay on something for longer than 5-10 minutes. It seems that the post is useful, and the lecture is necessary, but the finger still reaches for the entertainment content☹

What I did:
1) Cut off 80% of daily tasks. ATTENTION: I did not invent new things for myself every minute to pretend to be busy, but CUT them off. First, I write out 100% of everything that will help achieve the goal, and then I leave only 20%, which will be the strongest for progress. This is my new rule.
2) I started walking for 1 hour in the morning. During this time, I have time to reflect on the future and the past, and digest everything. Now that there is a separate time in the schedule for this, my head is free in the evening. I walk, of course, in solitude.

You can throw a bunch of tools here, starting with breathing techniques and ending with vibration massage of thin layers of aura. But what I described above is the same 20% for most freelancers and people engaged in their own business.

If you want, throw in the comments your ways of silencing thoughts or ask what to reveal in more detail.

Good night 😉
