This might seem strange to some people, but running (sometimes walking, often sliding through a muddy forest at night, is actually very high up on my personal pleasures. I started this year, with a desire to 'Run Free' - strange that this might upset some people, but it did. Sadly, current times, make that goal very difficult. But it is still my goal )

Наш 50-й забег на парк ... Сегодня я не бегал, но вызвался работать сканером штрих-кода и разметить трассу, а также сделать несколько фотографий. На следующей неделе я побегу, может быть, как Хвостатик ... Если люди не станут добровольцами, мы не сможем забежать на парк. Если кто-то хочет поучаствовать, мы пробегаем 5 км / сек каждую субботу, встреча в 8.45 утра, или, может быть, вы просто хотите помочь ... Проверьте паркран, нажав на ссылку )))

50th parkrun in Krasnodar. I was volunteering today, scanning barcodes, marking the track and taking a few photos. Come on down, run 5kms, volunteer and meet a really nice group of people )))

Don't let the rain put you off! 21.5kms - including the parkrun track on Sunny Island. Hopefully another long run this week, adding the Kms each time )))

Сегодня утром я участвовал в # parkrun45))) Была хорошая погода, сухое покрытие, много бегунов и волонтеров. На этой неделе я перешел в новую возрастную группу, и в этом году я тоже смог показать свое лучшее время, хотя и не в личном. Я все еще думаю, что смогу лучше) Большое спасибо за организацию этих прогонов. Если вы живете в Краснодаре, приезжайте на солничный остров в субботу утром, в 8.45 ... This morning I took part in ))) It was good weather, a dry surface and plenty of runners and volunteers. I slipped into a new age group this week, also managing my best time this year, although not my personal best. I still think I can do better ) Many thanks to for organising these runs. If you live in Krasnodar, come on down to Sunny Island on Saturday mornings, 8.45am... Don't forget to register at parkrun.ru to get your bar-code. You will meet some lovely people!!!

I have been working happily with the British Academic Centre for several years now. There are now changes happening there and as such I have decided to reduce my working hours with them and work more with my own students. I shall continue to support BAC where possible.
