Many childminders already have emergency details available on outings, whether that’s on a phone, in a bag, in the car, or tucked inside a first aid kit.

That can absolutely be part of good emergency planning.

But in a real emergency, information needs to be found, understood and matched to the right child quickly.

That’s why LittleLink ID was created. 🩵

⚪️Emergency contacts can be reached through a secure route if needed.

The “Magic of Childminding” campaign is the 2026 theme for Coram PACEY’s Childminding Week 2026. It celebrates the important role childminders play in supporting children, families, and communities across England and Wales.

The campaign highlights how childminders provide:

* Flexible childcare for families
* Personalised learning and play
* Outdoor and real-life experiences
* Strong support for children with SEND/ALN
* Funded places
* Close relationships that help children feel secure and confident.
