Stopping by to wish you all a very Happy New Year š and to share a couple of journalling prompts to help you get clear on your intentions for the year ahead. Let's keep it simple.
* What did you enjoy most this last year?
Facebook photos are a great way to jog your memory but you may also want to consider what it was about those memories that made it really special. For example was it the holiday or was it the fact that you were spending time with people who get you?
* What would you like more of?
It can be helpful to think about the qualities you want. For example more peace, more joy, more fun, more laughter ...
* What could you let go of?
This might be belongings but could also be habits, attitudes or beliefs that prevent you from being your best. You might also want to consider those commitments that no longer feel meaningful or rewarding.
Why not grab a pen now and give yourself the gift of some time to reflect. I'd love to hear your thoughts.
Happy New Year everyone. Enjoy. ššš

Very grateful for the lovely feedback coming in from folks who attended my recent course. Thank you so much.
"It's been a really interesting, fun and supportive course with Susan. I love that she brings so much fun into learning about and understanding ourselves, and shows that there is nothing to feel guilty about or uncomfortable about the fact that many of us procrastinate.
Susan shows that procrastination isn't our fault, and it's due to the way that part of our mind works. She also shows that by gently examining our thoughts, we can find ways forward, which suit our own particular styles, as there is never a one size fits all (something that many other approaches don't account for, and why they often don't work long term).
Susan encourages discussion in such a way that no one feels awkward about talking about their sticking points, and uses gentle humour to show we all have these in different ways. She encourages us to look for our individual strengths and shows a way forward in which we use our strengths. coupled with a very useful series of steps which can bring about the changes we want, without feeling overwhelmed or uncomfortable.
I'd highly recommend attending one of Susan's courses, if you need help to get you where you want to be, without feeling you are on your own!"
What a fun evening that was! š

Hi all
As it's almost the end of the year I'm sure I'm not the only one feeling reflective, so I thought I'd share some prompts with you. You don't need to answer them all, they're simply a starting point for your thoughts. Trust your intuition and notice which ones speak to you. I hope you find them helpful.
* What brought you the most joy during 2022?
* What were you most proud of?
* What felt most meaningful?
* Who supported your best interests?
* What situations brought out the best in you?
* What did you learn?
* What will you do differently in 2023?
Wishing you every happiness in the new year. š

Good morning all and happy . šæ
I've made a bold pledge this year and that's to coach 30 people who want to take action in response to the climate crisis. There will be group gatherings and one to one sessions on offer. Just give me a shout if this speaks to you.
In the meantime, I'd love to hear your pledges. What action will you take to help our beautiful planet?

For this month's Swansea Carers Centre Wednesday Wellbeing sessions we're focusing on self care .. and on much more than bubble baths or an evening snuggled up in front of your favourite movie. (Though those things are important too).
If you tend to prioritise everything and everyone before yourself, join us this month to discover how to gain some restorative time for you.
