Ewan is a composer and facilitator who has come through his undergraduate, postgraduate, and now his doctoral studies at York St John University. We're very proud of him!

We're privilaged to welcome Ewan East to this year's flagship TEDxBrayford Pool line-up. Ewan is a composer, educator, pianist and improviser, currently undertaking a PhD in Music Composition at York St John University. Early Years Specialist to run 2 new early years groups for children ages 3-4 and 5-7 as well as to run the primary school aged Youth Choir – 3.5 hours. This is a very exciting new opportunity. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping these early years sessions and will be able to have a lot of influence over how they operate.

Do come along to tomorrow's lunchtime concert at YSJ, if you're in the area. Matthew Schellhorn will be playing a new piece by Leeds-based composer Ben Gaunt, along with the solo piano version of Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue. 12:15 in the Creative Centre Auditorium - free of charge.
