The whole experience was easy peasy! From booking the site and the activities. Diane was extremely helpful with any queries I had. The weekend itself was fantastic, from start to finish. I wish I could give more than five stars!

Make your own sea salt 🌊🧂

All you need is about 20 litres of seawater, a couple of big pans and a bit of patience. You end up with around 1 litre of salt, and it tastes delicious.

Tap through the photos for my method.

The full method, plus 240 pages of self-reliance skills, is in my ebook Barefoot Self-Reliance (£9.99):

Have you ever made your own salt? Tell me in the comments 👇
