Toddler Sense - York

It was one of the wettest packs ups I have done in a while! I think I was soaked through to the skin whilst loading the trailer!

Thanks fully I had my emergency work raincoat in the car!!!

It did make me giggle when my coat started foaming! I think there is so much bubble solution on everything that it rubbed off on the coat and started frothing!! 🫧 🫧 🫧 🫧 🫧

Pirate week was a great success!! 🏴‍☠️🦜

The children loved raising the mast and listening for the secret pirate password! We sailed the seven seas in search of hidden treasure, met the friendly crocodile and then found all the jewels!!

Some of our toddlers made perfect pirates and were captains of our ship!!

My favourite bit was the amazing faces if delight when we opened the treasure chest! 😲

Another behind the scenes post....

A great big thank you to one of my amazing mums who offered to stitch up the hole that had formed in my giant tiger a couple of weeks ago!

My Girl Guide motto of always being prepared paid off, when I had a needle and thread with me in classes! 😂

I did say I'd do it myself but she insisted! After all, she does it as part of her job, so her stitches will be 1000% times better than mine!! I couldn't even see where she'd sewn it up, she was that good! Thank again! 😂

Overall the Sensathon 2026 has currently raised £294,000 across the UK which is truly incredible. I'll post a final total once fundraising stops!
