I've been on a little road trip with my 'assistants' (aka children!) to Huddersfield to collect some soft play from a colleague!
Unfortunately I didn't think about where I would store the soft play once I got it home, so this photo was taken in my kitchen whilst I found it a temporary new home!
I thought you'd enjoy it as people often joke about how Toddler Sense stuff must be everywhere in my house! It certainly is this week! 😂

Hope you're all enjoying your summer holidays! There is lots going on behind the scenes at Toddler Sense such as moving my May pole back to storage, Super Woman outfits being put away and new props being purchased!
I've also been very busy keeping my two occupied! I often have conversations about camping with families, so thought I'd share our recent experience as I'd highly recommend it!
We went to Woodhouse Farm camping at Ripon. Not a million miles away but enough that the children thought they'd gone for an adventure!
We stayed in the Meadow field which was very quiet. Excellent facilities including baths for toddlers, very clean showers and toilets but more importantly a play barn with soft play, table football, pool and climbing wall! Also a bike pump track for older ones. Excellent food and bar onsite. Perfect set up for children to have fun and adults to 'relax'!!!
Close to Brimham Rocks and Pateley Bridge for exploring!
Any questions or if you want more info, just message! 😀

Just returned from the most amazing weekend at Deer Shed Festival ! It is an amazing festival for families and there is so much to do, you barely have time to see the bands!
I had the wonderful opportunity of bringing the Toddler Sense magic to the Under 5s tent on Saturday and met lots of amazing toddlers and their families!
Then inbetween 'performing', we managed to fit in poetry writing, science tents, escape boxes, retro gaming, crafts, comedy shows, drag acts, brass bands, caelidhs, silent discos, book signings, t shirt printing, swing ball, building a town, nerf wars, giant marble runs, tree climbing and completing a giant labyrinth! And we still didn't do everything!
The children took themselves off to bed at 6pm last night, absolutely exhausted but a wonderful weekend and would highly recommend. Get in touch if you have any questions for next year!
Thanks and here's to 2027!

I have a few eyes watching me in my kitchen tonight! I thought they'd be sleepy after their 'spa day'! But it seems they're as hard to get to sleep as my two in the holidays!

And just like that, it's the end of term! We've made it through anothrt whole term.
This week has been emotional as we've said goodbye to lots of our toddlers who are heading off to school this September. Yes there have been tears! I will update you later with more words and photos from this week when my brain is less tired.
But today's photo is a special mention to Adam who has stayed behind every Friday to help me tidy away! He has been an excellent help from tidying soft play into the trailer, stacking blue mats, emptying the bubble machine, wheeling my speaker and turning off all the lights! He (and his mum Helen!) has been absolute stars and I've really appreciated the help when I'm tired on a Friday afternoon. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
