We have had lots of fun with frosty activities and feel so lucky to have the lake so close. We have been watching with interest how the lake has been changing as the temperature has gone up and down each day.
We are working towards our Songbird Survival badge, spotting birds and learning their songs. 🐦🐦‍⬛🦆We have made bird feeders, coloured pictures, and caught the correct number of 'worms' for the robin and chicken 😂
It has been great to get back to Livewires and Hockey Hotshots 😊🏑♥️

We have had great fun visiting Christmas experiences, and Christmas crafting and baking.
We helped the Elf find Santa's sleigh bells in the woods and hunted for reindeer at the local lake.

Look who is back, ready for lots of Christmas Fun with the children 😁🌲🎅🦌

Part 2.
We have thoroughly enjoyed the Living History days at Murton Park.
We have met Romans, Vikings and been to a VE party.
We always enjoy our trips to the Yorkshire Air Museum, and Lotherton Hall.
Every day is a learning day and we learn together through every adventure we have. ♥️

We have fitted so much into the summer holidays, so here is part one.
We enjoy being outside in the woods, visiting animals and local houses.
We have seen so many different animals, from goats to turtles, fish to cows.
There have been so many crafts, from painting to making nature necklaces in the woods.
We have tried new sports: hurdles, archery, pilates, badminton...as well as climbed everything we could 😂

We are watching our caterpillars with interest as they grow 🐛🥬🥬

What a busy couple of weeks.
We visited the penguins 🐧at Lotherton Hall, and saw lots of different animals.
Lots of summer 🌞 themed crafts have been completed and sports day at Sing With Me😁
We had lots of fun picking flowers at Haxby Wildflower Meadow, and arranged them for our family. 💐🌼🌸
We are almost at the Summer Holidays and will be joined by the older children on our adventures.
