Today we celebrated the graduation of our wonderful preschool children at Straylands Day Nursery! 💕🎓
Thank you so much for coming and sharing this special day with us. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!
We will miss you all so much and wish each and every one of you the very best of luck as you start your journey at big school. 🌟📚

The pre-school children have enjoyed matching the shapes to make rockets on the tuff tray this week! 🚀

🦖 What a ROAR-some week we've had exploring the world of dinosaurs! 🦕

Our little explorers have been busy getting hands-on with lots of exciting dinosaur-themed activities. We used playdough to create our very own dinosaurs, adding spikes and other features, painted beautiful textured dinosaur eggs, and even watched a volcano erupt in an exciting science experiment! 🌋

The children also became dinosaur heroes by rescuing dinosaurs trapped in sticky sellotape, explored a dinosaur land rice tuff tray full of imaginative play, and enjoyed plenty of dinosaur-inspired painting and crafts. It has been wonderful to see their creativity, curiosity, and problem-solving skills come to life through play.
We can't wait to see where our next adventure takes us! 💚🦕

This fantastic result reflects the hard work and dedication of our team in maintaining the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and care for all of our children.

The children enjoyed picking blackberries this morning and this afternoon we made them in to an oat crumble bar for pudding for tea time! Yummy 😋

The children did so well in there end of term performances with Miss Amy this morning! Lots of great singing! 🎶 We will look forward to seeing Miss Amy for the new term in September! 🤩🤩

The children always love the parachute with Miss Amy and singing "we are going on a journey" to go on there drama adventure which was the little mermaid today 🧜‍♀️🧜‍♀️

Celebrating England getting into the quarter-finals in the world cup ⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️

🎶 It's coming home... 🎶

Our children have loved exploring a football-themed tuff tray filled with coloured rice, goals and footballs.

We've also been busy getting creative, using cotton buds to paint our very own England flags, showing our support to the team.

To finish it all off, our nursery windows are proudly decorated with England flags, ready to cheer the team on!
