Poppleton Under Fives Small friendly early years setting providing wonderful care and education to your 2-4 year olds We also have our own garden!

Poppleton Under 5's is a caring, safe environment in which your child 2-4 year old can learn and develop through creative, stimulating play appropriate to their age. We run sessions suitable for your child from 0 yrs through to preschool age nurturing, developing and supporting them ready for the transition to school. Our sessions are held across the week and include a 'Popp and Play' weekly drop in suitable for babies and under twos. We want all the children who come to us to reach their full potential so we place a great deal of emphasis on working with parents and carers so that every child gets the most from their time with us. We are members of the Early Years Alliance and follow the EYFS framework. Visit our website or get in touch for more information.

Popp n play 🌟
We have had a lovely couple of weeks enjoying our new hall and using the garden at our Popp n play sessions.
Emma and I have loved meeting and getting to know you all, and thank you for making us feel welcome and showing us the ropes! ☺️

Popp & Play is every Friday 9-11am lots of activities and a drink and snack, we would love to see more new faces.

We have had a fab couple of weeks back after the summer break ☺️ our themes have been scarecrows- hope you all saw lots of scarecrows in the village at the scarecrow festival, we have also been learning lots about apples- 🍎 how they grow and making our own apple trees and using our safety knives chopping our own apple for snack 🍎
in the next few weeks we will be exploring everything Autumn 🍂🍁🦔🐿️🍁

* New parents and existing parents claiming funding for the first time should:

* Parents currently receiving nursery funding for a child need to reconfirm their eligibility status by logging in to your GOV account at UK Childcare Service: https://eu1.hubs.ly/H0x6Xl-0

If you live in England and work you may be able to get free childcare for a child aged 9 months to 4 years old. Check if you're eligible and how and when to apply.
