Hessay Tots welcomes friends new and old as it opens the doors for play tomorrow morning and every Term-time Tuesday 9:30am -11:30am in the Chapel Schoolroom.
Everyone is welcome to join us for coffee with or without children.

For those of you who have visited and admired our downstairs loo, the split loo seats are back in production again and are featured in the lidl leaflet that has just come through the door and are available in store from Thursday.

I have to say that this one one of the most useful purchases we bought. Neither Erin nor Cerys used a potty, just used the seat instead.

Can I tempt anyone? £20.
It has 2 swings, as I need to keep the trapeze bar for the older girls

As there are still issues with the electrics in the chapel schoolroom- I will host tots at my house tomorrow (Meadowcroft, 2 Roecliffe Court)

Hessay Tots is scheduled to start again tomorrow- however I have an appointment at 10 and Orla isn't good - so we want to start Tuesday 16th or would someone like the keys dropping round in the morning?

🐒🐒🐒Hessay Tots starts back again this Tuesday after our summer break.🐒🐒🐒

We are a small group of local mums, grannies, etc with their preschoolers who get together in Hessay Chapel schoolroom Tuesday's 9-30 till 11:30am in term time.

Format is usually :-
🏃free play,🍌snack, 📚storytelling and 🎤magic bag singing.
£1:50 a session & a contribution towards snack.

Everyone is welcome, with or without children for coffee and a catch up. We look forward to seeing you.😃

Ladies... I am unable to make it this next Tuesday (28th) owing to the obligation to attend a family funeral in Derbyshire. Would anyone be able to take the chapel keys and open up?
It involves being there 9:15ish to set the room up, put heating on, warm the kettle and cups up, remembering to take snack and milk, and making sure afterwards that all tidy, boiler off, building secure etc.
Also 2 ladies who are new to the village have enquired about Tots - Cara and Sophie.🤗

Hessay tots was started by Ann Watson in response to a village need many years ago. In fact many of the original children attending the stay and play preschool group will be in their late teens by now.

When Ann moved to Belgium, Helen Candy and I took it on, and now I run it alone.

Tots has been an invaluable source of fun and friendship for myself and my girls over the last 9 years, however fewer people come regularly and Wednesday's are no longer viable for me and my youngest.

From next week I plan to move tots to a Tuesday morning in Hessay chapel from 9:30-11:30, with a view to seeing if more people can come. It is £12 a term or £1:50 a session.

I would like to hand the reins over going forward, and would like to find someone to take control before Christmas if we still have a need for this resource in the village.
