⚠ Driving in the York area this morning?

We've had several calls this morning from drivers reporting poor traction/slippery roads on the A64 between Grimston Bar and the A1237 roundabout.

We're currently at the scene and we're working to find the cause of this.

Traffic is still flowing at the moment and if we have any further updates we'll share them here.

In the meantime, please go steady especially if you're driving eastbound on the A64 in this area 👍
