We are happy to celebrate the professional development of Adrian Sopota-Mihoc who joined us as an apprentice through levy funding.

Starting with the Improvement Technician programme (equivalent to Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt), Adrian completed his apprenticeship and went on to achieve a Distinction grading at EPA.

Keen to continue developing, Adrian returned for further training and has now successfully achieved his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, accredited by the British Quality Foundation (BQF).

We wish Adrian continued success as he applies his project skills and builds on these achievements throughout his career.
