👑 2023/4 President👑
Introducing Kate Mighell, 3rd year Biology student.
Why polo - I wanted to try a different, and new equestrian discipline. I fell in love with the sport, the people and the horses.
Favourite pony - Bingo, because he’s a speedy boy.
Favourite polo memory - Playing with Enzo while he’s constantly laughing throughout the chukka.
Can’t wait to see where Kate takes the club 🐎

🐎2023/4 Vice President🐎
Introducing Ellie Simpson, 3rd year politics and international relations student.
Why polo - polo gives me a rush and adrenaline boost that not many other sports provide, especially in summers on the grass! It’s such a fun sport, with so many friendly people, and meeting other students from all over the country is great.
Favourite pony - I love Catalina as she tries so hard, but Cicatrice and her rapid turns are unrivalled 💪🏼
Favourite polo memory - playing evening chukkas on the grass.

💸2023/4 Treasurer💸
Introducing Lucy Booth, 2nd year Business of the Creative Industries student.
Why polo - my favourite thing about polo is the horses! I love the speed of polo, and the team aspect of working together to score.
Favourite pony - Catalina, as I can actually reach the floor on her!!
My favourite memory - going to the St. Andrews tournament as it was my first time on a full size grass pitch, which allowed for a lot of galloping. Competing against great teams and watching other teams was super fun.

🧢2023/4 Kit Secretary and Lessons Coordinator🧢
Introducing Sophie Kemble, 3rd year history of art student.
Why polo - An old member of the club told me I had to give it a go, and after one taster session I gave up competitive riding polo and my only regret is not starting it sooner in first year.
Favourite pony - it’s a tie. My favourite to ride is Bingo as he’s a speed machine and so much fun! But Catalina holds a special place as she was the first one I rode in the polo taster session which made me fall in love with the sport.
Favourite polo memory - playing polo on the beach at Weymouth.
We can’t wait to see Sophie’s new designs 💃🏼😆

🌟2023/4 Social Secretary 🌟
Introducing Jonah Quinton, 2nd year global development student.
Why polo - I looked at the list of sports and chose the one I’d never get another opportunity to play.
Favourite polo memory - generally charging up and down a field in the sun. More specifically screaming the lyrics to Scooby Doo at Kate to keep her awake when she was driving.
We’re looking forward to the next year of exciting socials 😎💨
