Most people spend their entire lives staring at the problem.

They’re overweight.

They’re unhappy.

They’re stuck.

But every problem sits between a reason and a solution.

⬅️ On one side is the reason.

Why did this happen?

What habits created it?

What decisions led here?

What have I been avoiding?

Because until you understand the reason, the problem will keep showing up again and again.

➡️ On the other side is the solution.

What needs to change?

What action needs to be taken?

What habits need to be built?

What responsibility do I need to take?

The mistake most people make is trying to find the solution before they’ve understood the reason.

That’s why they lose weight and gain it back.

That’s why they get motivated and then quit.

That’s why they keep ending up in the same place.

12 Weeks to a Fitness Model Physique 🔥🔥🔥

This is a big one for me, as this isn’t just a client.

Ryan is a colleague, friend and personal trainer who trusted me with taking over his 12 week summer shred.

Ryan’s goal was to get himself to a place where he had never been before and get ‘stage ready’ and have his abs popping through.

This is no easy feat and takes some serious dedication and discipline with food, training and recovery.

Firstly we set in place a 5 day a week training schedule with extra emphasis on cardio and steps to burn extra calories.

Alongside this we set his diet up so we had room to manoeuvre over the 12 week period to keep him progressing on a consistent basis.

Pictured here is the stunning before and after photo from week 1 to 12, and I’m sure you can all agree the results were nothing short of unbelievable.

I spent a lot of time in Koh Samui thinking about why my business hasn’t grown as much as I wanted it to over the last 6 months.

Not because things have gone badly.

Far from it.

In many ways, life has been incredible.

I’ve been living between Thailand and Türkiye.

I’ve built memories I’ll never forget.

I’ve worked with amazing clients and watched people completely transform their lives.

I’ve continued building REVIVE into something I’m genuinely proud of.

But if I’m being honest…

The last 6 months haven’t been about growth.

They’ve been about transition.

Moving to a completely new continent.

Building a new life from scratch.

New routines.

New time zones.

New culture.

New distractions.

New opportunities.

And whilst I’ve been doing all of that, I’ve realised something.

You can’t expect your business to grow at full speed when your attention is being pulled in ten different directions.

For the first time in years, I’ve spent more time building my life than building my business.

And honestly?

I don’t regret it.

Because I needed to do it.

But now the foundations are in place.

The apartment is sorted.

The visa is sorted.

The routines are starting to come together.

And my focus is shifting again.

I’ve recently invested in more education, more mentoring and more support because I know exactly where I want the next chapter to go.

Not because anything is broken.

Because I know how much potential is still sitting on the table.

The truth is, success isn’t about constantly reinventing yourself.

It’s about returning to the habits and behaviours that got you there in the first place.

Creating content.

Helping people.

Building relationships.

Showing up every day.

That’s exactly what I’m focused on now.

And I genuinely believe the next 12 months are going to be some of the most exciting of my career. ❤️

Sometimes growth isn’t about starting over.

Sometimes it’s simply about getting back to your best.

❤️ One day, these photos will be all that’s left.

That thought hits me harder every year.

Over the last week I’ve been lucky enough to spend time with the two most important people in my life… my dad and my brother.

Six months is a long time not to see your family.

And when you live on the other side of the world, those six months can sometimes feel even longer.

🇹🇷Turkiye and 🇹🇭 Thailand have given me an incredible life.

But one thing nobody talks about when you move abroad is the sacrifice.

You miss birthdays.

You miss random family dinners.

You miss Sunday afternoons.

You miss the moments that most people take for granted.

That’s why this week has meant so much to me ❤️

🍻 We’ve sat in the sunshine having beers.

🌊 We’ve watched the paragliders coming into Ölüdeniz.

🏖️ We’ve spent days at the beach.

🌆 We’ve wandered around Fethiye.

🍔 We’ve eaten way too much food.

😂 We’ve laughed until our stomachs hurt.

🍺 Me and my brother even had a proper night out together, which is something we’ve hardly ever done.

And honestly…

Those are the moments I’ll remember.

A lot of people assumed I bought property in Türkiye because it was a good investment.

The truth is, the best return I’ve ever had from those apartments has absolutely nothing to do with money.

The real return is being able to create moments like this.

A place where my family can come whenever they want.

A place where we can spend time together.

A place where memories get made.

Because the older I get, the more I realise that success isn’t measured by what you own.

It’s measured by who you’re able to spend your time with ❤️

Growing up, we never had much.

My dad sacrificed everything to give me and my brother a chance at a better life.

Now, being able to sit around a table together, share a few beers, tell the same stories we’ve told a hundred times before and laugh at them like they’re brand new…

That means more to me than any amount of money ever could.

We’ve still got a few more days together before I head back to Chiang Mai.

And trust me…

I’m going to enjoy every single minute of them ☀️❤️🍻

This is how Kate when from feeling unhappy, feeling unfit and lacking confidence to losing all the weight, running 10K’s for fun and taking HUGE strides in her day to day life 🤩

Kate mentioned to me before we started that she had simply fallen into bad routines and really wanted to turn things around so that she could feel fantastic again.

Luckily this is something that I have come across ALOT with my programme being called REVIVE, so I knew all we had to do was find the perfect routine for Kate and she would absolutely smash it.

I wasn’t wrong......

It took a few adjustments and for us to navigate a few bumps in the road along the way, but with those consistent and necessary adjustments, we have got Kate into the best place she has ever been.
