What a gorgeous birthday present!💛

Primary Science 🧪

Today we explored density in the most satisfying way! We tested how different solids (raisins, marshmallows, cherry tomatoes, and a marble) and liquids (coloured water, washing up liquid, oil, and vinegar) sink or float at different speeds. We graphed our results, then poured all the liquids together — and watched them separate into the most beautiful layers. Science in action! 🌈

Secondary Science ⚗️

A fantastic session covering atomic structure, the periodic table, ionic and covalent bonding, and equation balancing. We went from understanding what the numbers on the periodic table actually mean, to building compounds and discussing how to balance equations, turning what can feel like a dry topic into something really tangible and hands-on. So much packed into one session!

Another year older, celebrating in the place that started as an idea and became reality.

1:1 session 💙

Yesterday Laura ran a fantastic session as part of the EYFS School Readiness classes we offer. This session ended up being a 1:1 with this superstar who had lots of fun and carried out carefully planned activities where the main focus was learning through play and practical work.

Tonight was the final session for some of our GCSE Maths students, and we can’t believe how quickly the time has flown by!

(Obviously we don’t have pictures of them because they are year 11 and … I say no more😎)

They have all been absolutely fantastic and it has been a pleasure to support them on their GCSE journey. We are so proud of everything they have achieved and wish them the very best in their exams and beyond✨
