Engaging with young people well doesn't come with a handbook - and that's where we come in.

We support employers to understand what today's young people care about, worry about, and respond to which helps them engage with confidence, relevance and empathy.

When employers understand young people better, encounters become more meaningful and future talent pipelines become stronger.

Barriers aren't always obvious, but their impact is real.

Confidence, background, or circumstance can quietly limit access to opportunity unless we act deliberately.

We work with schools and employers to design experiences that are inclusive, fair and accessible to all - so every young person gets a genuine chance to explore their future.

After running The Trading Game at Trinity Academy and St Patrick’s Catholic College, we’ve received some fantastic feedback about the impact the experience had on their understanding of careers and the world of work.
