It looks like it is going to be dry for the Naburn Paddle on Saturday where we will see the National 12 dinghies, although a little more challenging with the wind again this year.
It’s good weather and wind for the Summer Barbecue and Topper Regatta on Sunday as well, although a little cloudy. Please make sure you have returned your form if you are eating with us.
Wednesday points have been quiet lately but still running for a nice evening sail.

There is no organised sailing this weekend as people tend to be away for the bank holiday and half term, but we do still have Wednesday evening points sailing with nice weather and wind forecasted.
Save the dates for Naburn Paddle on 13th June and the Topper Regatta with the summer barbecue on 14th June.

Well done everyone and hope to see you all on 31st May.
Next start sailing training takes place on 11th & 12th July, please contact us on [email protected] for more information and to book a place.

It’s a lovely day for the juniors (and anyone else who wants to practice) to be out on the water. Join us anytime from 10:30 to 15:30, you don’t need to come for a full day.

We have an Open Day at the club today from 10:30 to 15:30. Come and see what dinghy sailing on the river is all about, no experience necessary and buoyancy aids provided. We will take you out for a taster session and tell you about our RYA level 1/youth stage 1-2 training sessions if you wish to take it further.

There are just a few boats available for the expedition on Sunday - we currently have one Hartley and a few Toppers left. There is space in the safety boats for parents who want to join us but don't sail. Please see the link in What’s App to book a boat.

It’s the first Junior League of the year and the weather and wind look good. The Vision sails have been mended if anyone wants to take out a bigger boat. Ben has already been racing in a Hartley so come down and get sailing.
If you haven’t renewed your membership yet you can do it on the day.
