I ask myself this question on a daily basis.

And I always get the same answer.

Trust.

However we may think about language and all its complexities, there is one core need, and trust is it.

Trust builds relationships.

Trust builds teams.

Trust builds companies.

Learning a language is great.

But in reality, it's not just the words and grammar that will make you succeed.

It's how you use it.

They say conversation is an art.

It's not so easy if English is your second language.
