Satisfaction of the staff team and hearing their perspectives regarding their experiences proves vital in ensuring that the whole team feel considered, engaged, and satisfied so that the institution can benefit from a stable, dedicated staff team. Google forms can prove an easy way to gather these perspectives, but they don't offer the same anonymity or reporting and you have to put the time in. Instead, invest just £250 in your team and come to Pyper Education for your staff survey. You are more likely to get real and honest views back and we will do the analysis. We can even repeat the survey later for comparative data. Call us today to discuss your requirements. 01904500699. https://pypereducation.co.uk/wp/types-of-survey/

It doesn't mean that the outcome is any less positive - in fact, sometimes the path which takes us the longer route round, or through pits on the way is the one we learn the most from. Can any of you say you have only ever performed in line with the first example?

This work is hard. Progress can look a variety of ways...
