We are super excited to be running FREE willow weaving drop-in workshops at Fangfest - Festival of Practical Arts this year. Join us in the orchard on Sat 5th & Sun 6th September for some natural crafting fun.

Choose from a selection of different small projects, including a simple bird feeder, a fish, a wall decoration or a star wand. Projects take 2 – 60 minutes, they can be done individually or as a small group, and there is something for all ages!

Laura is just back from a week relaxing and volunteering at Northern Green Gathering. Sam came to visit for the day and we enjoyed having a go at all the different craft workshops on offer. From inkle weaving to crochet, and sun printing with turmeric to 4-finger knitting!

A lovely sunny craft club in the garden yesterday evening, chilling with friends and using up the leftover willow from Monday's workshop. Then the heavens opened and we had to make a dash for cover! As a gardener, Sam definitely appreciated the rain.

Today's hen party chose a Wild Harvest School of Self-Reliance soap workshop. In this amazing weather, it was fantastic to craft outside in the garden with this lovely group of ladies.

Marbling is a such a mindful craft and this relaxing workshop is perfect for beginners, whether you consider yourself artistic or not!
