I love it when students bring new ideas to my workshops!
Today one created their own completely unique lantern design (green lantern), and another experimented with using two different insert colours (orange/red multicoloured lantern).
Six beautiful origami crane jar decorations made in today's private workshop.
If you fancy making your own, there are a handful of places left at our next workshop in September and we can run private group workshops too.

On Sunday we spent the day willow weaving at Howsham Mill with a lovely group of ladies. They used a range of techniques to make two different types of bird feeder and a dragonfly.
Good quality sharp scissors are soooo important for papercrafts. There's nothing more frustrating than using rubbish or blunt ones. So Sam checked all of our workshop scissors today. Just another one of those behind the scenes jobs that you never think about when you attend a craft workshop!
