Pathfinder are delighted to confirm that for November 2026 cohorts, NPQ scholarship funding will be available to applicants from ALL state-funded schools and 16-19 education institutions for the following NPQ programmes:
NPQ for Early Years Leadership
NPQ for Senior Leadership

For all other NPQs, teachers and leaders from schools in England with the highest proportion of pupil premium students can register for scholarship funded places.

In addition to this, schools on the RISE targeted intervention list or from early years and 16-19 education institutions identified as having high disadvantage can also register for funded places. You can use this eligibility checker to see if your setting will be eligible* for scholarship funding.

For the NPQEYL, funding will also be available for all childminders who are on the Early Years Ofsted Register.

For more information on the programmes and to register your interest please visit Pathfinder's NPQ page: https://pathfinder-tsh.co.uk/hub-offer/national-professional-qualifications/

* Please note eligibility for scholarship does not guarantee that you will be awarded a scholarship funded place, as these are limited by the DfE. Please register your interest early so we can advise you of your next steps.

“My mentor has been outstanding. Relatable, encouraging and most importantly kind. To have someone who is truly "for" you as a teacher is fantastic, and I know that in moments of challenge and encouragement it has all come from wanting me to be the best I possibly can”

Another quote for one our ECTs who has received fantastic support from their mentor as part Early Career Training Programmes.

This is just one of the many positive responses to the mentoring ECTs receive as part of their Early Career Training Programme.

Today we are launching our new dedicated Induction email address: [email protected]. This inbox will be the primary point of contact for all Early Career Teacher Induction, AB Services and Early Career Teacher Programme queries for ECTs, Mentors and Induction Tutors.
You can use this email address for a wide range of enquiries, including Appropriate Body queries, ECTP registrations, event attendance, engagement, and any general enquiries.

We know it can sometimes be unclear who in the team to contact. This shared inbox will be monitored by Catherine (ECTP Lead), Alison (AB Lead) and Linsee (Office Manager), with enquiries directed to the most appropriate person to ensure a timely and accurate response.

While individual team email addresses will remain active, using this inbox will be the quickest and most effective way to get a response, without the need to copy multiple people into your emails.
