We took a trip to Groveland's and planned a valentines themed activity of making crowns. both the children and residents enjoyed this then sat down together and read stories.

Lots of creative/sensory tuff trays were enjoyed by using edible and natural materials. We discussed the textures , smells and even tasted a few of the items.

Another busy month coming to an end. The children have been practicing with scissors by cutting out their own drawings. We've been creating a variety of pictures and made our new valentines display board.

Outside in the garden the children explored the windy weather box and jumping in the puddles. 'What's the time Mr wolf ' is the new favourite game to play with our friends.
We have some new friends that the children are excited to watch and feed. The children talk to the tadpoles and regularly check if any have grown legs.

We are getting ready for Mother's day and Easter with lots of crafts and activities to take part in. The nursery children are excited to welcome our Families for a Mother's day stay and play. Next Thursday is world book day we are looking forward to reading everyone's favourite stories.
