🌧️ Due to this morning's wet weather, children will be encouraged to go straight into their classrooms on arrival.

Teachers will be waiting in classrooms, with Teaching Assistants, Mrs Laverty, Mr Millard and Mr Hancock on the gates and stairwells to support children as they enter school.

Please ensure your child comes to school with a coat today.

It was wonderful to see so many children ready for their first day back at school, looking incredibly smart in their uniform. We would like to say a huge thank you to all of our families for supporting such a smooth and successful transition into the new school year.

We are so excited to welcome our children back for the start of a new academic year. An extra special welcome to our new Year 3 children and their families, who are allowed onto the playground for the first few morning drop offs.

🏫✨ New School Update! ✨🏫

We're excited to share some photos of the new school building, with progress continuing to move positively forward! 👷‍♂️🔨

The next major focus is the roofing, with insulation and various protective membranes currently being installed. 🏗️🔧

🌱💚 One of the most exciting features is that our roof will eventually become a living roof, with a variety of plants and grasses being planted to support biodiversity and create a greener environment.

☀️⚡ Alongside this, solar panels will be installed to help generate electricity for the school, making the building more sustainable and energy-efficient for the future.

🌈✨ The Wizard of Oz School Production ✨🌈

🌟 Pupils from across the school joined together to deliver a fantastic production, demonstrating outstanding talent, confidence and teamwork. 🎭 The performers captivated audiences with their brilliant character portrayals, while our talented choir provided a beautiful soundtrack that enhanced the magic of the show. 🎤🎵

We were delighted to welcome so many families to both performances and loved seeing year groups cheering on their friends. 🏡❤️

A huge thank you to our dedicated staff, whose creativity, expertise and hard work made the production possible. 👏💚
