Hand, foot & mouth disease (NOT to be confused with foot & mouth disease!) gets its name from the distinctive rash that appears in the mouth and on the hands and feet.

As with many rashes in babies and children, it can be a real worry for parents, but hand, foot & mouth is a common viral infection and usually clears up by itself within a week to ten days.

All of our trainers are parents themselves, and we understand and appreciate that sometimes your babies need to join you in class. 👩🏽‍🍼

We welcome under 1’s and think parents who come to our classes to learn first aid whilst looking after their babies are multitasking SUPERHEROES! 🦸🏼‍♂️

So don’t worry if you don’t have childcare, or don’t want to be apart from your baby, bring your little one along to a Baby & Child First Aid Class and learn life-saving skills with us. 🚑
