🌿 We’re Hiring – Support Worker (Therapy Care Farm) 🌿
Eastfields of Bowers Hill is looking for a caring and reliable Support Worker to join our therapy care farm team.
✨ Role: Support Worker
📍 Location: Eastfields of Bowers Hill Somerton, Somerset, TA117PX
🕘 Hours: Tuesday, Thursday & Friday | 9:00am – 4:00pm
📄 Contract: Part-time
💼 Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience
You’ll be supporting adults and young people with additional needs, following individual care plans, engaging in meaningful farm-based activities, and helping with animal care and welfare in a safe, supportive environment.
🚗 Requirements:
• Full UK driving licence
• Happy to transport clients during the working day
• Comfortable working outdoors
• A reasonable level of physical fitness
• Equine/animal knowledge preferred but not essential (training provided)
🛡️ Safeguarding:
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check, references, and right to work checks. Eastfields is an equal opportunities employer.
➕ There may be opportunities for additional hours to cover sickness or staff holidays.
