Alice you are such an amazing and kind member of our team, all the little ones love dancing with you and the seniors love your new choreography and passion for dancing ❤️

Blackrock Irish Dancers are looking for new members to join them 😆 ages 3-18, all abilities traditional Irish dance classes. Learning in a fun and friendly atmosphere, taking part in lots of shows through out the year.

Please come along and try, our next dance class is Saturday 28th June in Stoke Sub Hamdon Youth and Family Centre.

Great first weekend of the festival season!

Saturday: Chippenham Folk Festival

Monday: Sherborne Castle Country Fair

We have been extremely lucky with the weather, fingers crossed it continues 🤞🏼

We will be performing next Saturday at Weymouth folk festival !

We have been busy practising and preparing for all of our upcoming shows! The dancers have been working extremely hard learning a lot of new dances for 2025!

We have already confirmed the following shows for 2025;

Chippenham Folk Festival - Saturday 24th May
Weymouth folk festival - Saturday 31st May
Wimborne folk festival - Saturday 7th June
South Petherton Folk festival - Saturday 14th June
Poole Folk Festival - Saturday 21st June
Swanage folk festival - Saturday 6th September

Thank you to everyone who came to our fun dancers class today 🙂 it was a lot of fun and really lovely to see everyone! We will definitely be doing it again next year!
