✨ A VERY SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY FOR RUBY & LYLA! ✨

We are incredibly proud of Ruby, aged 16, and Lyla, aged 14, who recently had the amazing opportunity to attend the Claudia Dean Senior Masterclasses at the prestigious Royal Academy of Dance in London. 🩰✨

This was a fantastic opportunity for the girls to train in an inspiring environment alongside other ambitious young dancers and to be coached directly by internationally recognised dance artist and educator Claudia Dean, alongside guest coach Paul Kay.

The masterclasses focused on far more than just dance technique. Ruby and Lyla explored the physical, mental and performance skills required to excel in high-level competition and audition environments — developing the confidence, resilience, focus and mindset needed to perform at their very best.

Opportunities like this are invaluable. Being able to learn directly from leading professionals, take on new challenges and gain insight into the expectations of the wider dance industry is an important part of a dancer’s development. 🌟

And most importantly… the girls had an absolutely fantastic time! ❤️

They embraced every challenge, soaked up every moment and came away inspired, motivated and with plenty of new knowledge to take back into their training.

What a wonderful experience, what an incredible opportunity, and what a privilege to train with such inspiring professionals.

Keep pushing, keep learning and keep believing in yourselves. We are so proud of you both, Ruby & Lyla! 💫

🩷💙Meet the newest members of our TDF family 💙🩷

Our dancing bears will be joining our younger dancers in class and will even go home with them for the week! Then they’ll return the following week to tell us all about their adventures.

But…We need your help! Help us to name our new bears. Send us your name suggestions, as many as you like. All entries will be put in a jar and the bears’ new names will be pulled on Monday 31 August.

🌟Bristol Russian Ballet Summer Intensive🌟

A huge congratulations to our talented students Evelyn (10) and Payton (13), who have just completed the Bristol Russian Ballet Summer Intensive! 🩰✨

Both girls have had a wonderful week filled with ballet, character and contemporary classes, as well as learning and developing exciting variations which they performed as part of a fantastic showcase on the final day. What a wonderful way to round off such a special week! 💫

They have had the opportunity to train with an incredible faculty of teachers, experience a different style of intensive training and immerse themselves in the world of ballet. They have thoroughly enjoyed every moment of this fantastic opportunity, whilst also making new friends and sharing the experience with fellow young dancers.

We are incredibly proud of Evelyn and Payton for embracing this opportunity, working hard, challenging themselves and making the absolute most of every moment. 🌟

A huge congratulations to our incredibly talented Ruby on completing the National Youth Ballet 3-Day Residential Performance Company Intensive at Elmhurst Ballet School, Birmingham. 🌟

Over three inspiring days, Ruby experienced what life in a professional dance company is really like, taking part in intensive rehearsals, creative coaching, ballet and contemporary classes, and culminating in an end-of-course performance in the Studio Theatre.

Working with esteemed guest teachers Richard Bermange and Lachlan Monaghan, this was a fantastic opportunity to develop both technically and artistically while gaining a real insight into the demands and rewards of company life.

We are so proud to see Ruby embracing every opportunity to broaden her training, challenge herself, and learn from leading professionals within the dance industry. Experiences like these are invaluable, helping young dancers grow in confidence, versatility, and ambition.

Well done, Ruby! We can’t wait to see how you continue to flourish. We are all so proud of you! 🤍✨

✨ Hard work pays off! ✨

A huge well done to Ari (age 9) on achieving her very first side aerial in Acrobatic Arts class at The Dance Factory this evening! 🤸‍♀️

Moments like these are the result of consistent determination, perseverance and a willingness to keep working through every challenge in class. Progress isn’t always instant, but with commitment and resilience, incredible milestones can be achieved.

We are so proud to see Ari’s dedication rewarded and can’t wait to see what comes next. 🌟
