How many first aiders does your workplace actually need? πŸ€”

It's one of the questions we're regularly asked by employers β€” and the answer isn't always as simple as looking at the number of employees.

So we've built something to help.

Our new FREE Workplace First Aid Requirements Calculator takes just a few minutes to complete and gives you an indicative result based on HSE guidance.

It considers your workforce size and workplace risk, along with factors such as shift working, lone workers, access to emergency medical services, workplace hazards, previous incidents and more.

Your result can help indicate whether your workplace should consider:

βœ… An Appointed Person
βœ… Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)
βœ… First Aid at Work (FAW)
βœ… Further assessment or additional first aid provision

Another pair of tickets to an upcoming Yeovil Town FC match has been drawn, congratulations to Lisa Coombes who attended a blended Paediatric First Aid course at her workplace in 2024! Two tickets to the glovers upcoming game against AFC Flyde on 12th September will be coming your way.

More tickets will be drawn soon. By attending one of our courses, you have the option to join the draw - the only provider in the area to do anything like this. Just our little way of giving something back!
