The nursery has 40 places and consists of three stimulating and age-appropriate rooms and a great garden space. Throughout the nursery, the children can experience plenty of child-initiated free play as well as carefully planned adult-led experiences. At Tops Day Nurseries our aim is for all children to meet or exceed expected development for their age. We are implementing ‘SchemaPlay’ across all

If you have a child eligible for government-funded early years childcare in England, you will need to apply NOW for your child to take up their funded hours from September. The deadline to apply for the autumn term is 31 August.

As the warm weather returns, please make sure your child arrives at nursery each day with:
⭐ A sun hat
⭐ Sun-cream
⭐ Lightweight, weather-appropriate clothing
⭐ Water bottle
To ensure the safety and comfort of all our children during outdoor play, kindly label all items clearly with your child's name.

Given that UV levels are expected to be high, we will adjust our activities throughout the day, incorporating plenty of indoor water play to keep the children cool while still providing fun and enriching play experiences.

At Topsies we are very lucky to share the building with St Mary's baby bank, St Mary's baby bank are looking for donations to continue supporting the local comunity.
Their supplies are running low for prams,stairgates,bouncy chairs,moses baskets and next to me cribs.

Choosing a school nursery does not guarantee admission into that school later on. Many parents feel pressure to move nurseries for this reason, but it’s always worth checking the school’s actual admissions criteria first 😊
