✨ Graduation 2026 ✨
Today was our 2026 Graduation! We loved inviting all the families in to watch our graduation ceremony!
We will miss all 10 children going up to primary school and know they will all flourish and shine! It’s been wonderful having them with us!
We will see you for the next 2 days before you enjoy your summer break!

Every year in June we learn all about the lifecycle of a butterfly. We were very lucky to have 3 butterflies this year! We associate this with our pre-school leavers as they are getting ready to transition to their next adventure of school! 🦋 🐛 ☀️

We have been learning all about butterfly lifecycles at Yelvertoft pre-school! We looked after our caterpillars and followed them on their lifecycle journey! 🐛 🦋

Learning through play 🌿
We have been learning all about the lifecycles of frogs and caterpillars. Today the children have been enjoying our pond habitat invitation to play!

A parent very kindly gifted a variety of plants to grow them with our pre school children. Thank you Megan.
The radish plants that the children planted have grown and were ready for picking.
The children picked the plants, felt the texture, smelt them and looked at the roots. We spoke about what plants need to grow. We then washed them and all children tried the radish! We spoke about the taste and texture! 🌱🫜
