✨SERVICE SPOTLIGHT SUNDAY ✨
With the summer holidays coming to a close and the start of the new academic year just around the corner which likely brings new starters and in some cases, newly qualified lifeguards who have been onboarded over the summer ahead of the new term; or perhaps they've just had a long summer break where they've not worked over the summer holidays it's important to ensure your staff's skills are up-to-date ahead of the new term.

Therefore, this week we shine a light on Competency & Depth Tests.

If a lifesaver (lifeguard, teacher, any member of staff who holds a lifesaving qualification) it is important to ensure your lifeguards knowledge and skills are still up-to-date. We therefore offer RLSS Competency tests which assess their knowledge and practical skills including rescue and first aid and evidence of them completing these skills is provided.
As well as this, we also offer Depth Tests for anyone whose certificate doesn't meet the maximum pool depth the individual is working in to ensure they are able to retrieve the manikin from the deepest part of the pool. We will then sign off the certificate for the individual so they have it for their employer.
