Over 140 Attend BEMA & Swatpro Open Evening in Record-Breaking Night for Engineering Recruitment!
One of the more striking findings from the feedback was how people heard about the event. Schools were the dominant source, with careers advisers, newsletters, and teachers all pointing students in BEMA's direction. Online discovery through Google and social media also played a significant role, alongside personal recommendations from friends, family, and employers were among those directing people to attend.

I enjoyed DT and engineering at school, and I have a strong interest in 3D printing — that's what really led me to decide to do my apprenticeship. Why I Chose an Engineering Apprenticeship – And Why You Should Too
This training is really good because it combines theory and practical learning, with the majority of your college week spent on practical training. It means you can gain hands-on experience that's ready to use when you're back at your company.
